Responsible Supply Chain Policy

In order to ensure that we deal only in precious metals that are responsibly sourced, the following criteria will be applied to prevent our involvement in transactions involving precious metals from conflict-affected or high risk areas:

Ingots and Bullion Products

The company will not purchase Precious Metal ingots and bullion products unless the items are produced by recognised and reputable mints/refiners and are accompanied by appropriate certificate

All funds received by us must be from either:
  1. A Debit or Credit card processed through our card payment processing terminal to a maximum value of AED 50,000 per calendar month, or
  2. An electronic bank transfer from an identifiable UAE bank account, or
  3. A cash payment made at our offices and accompanied by full ID documentation and acceptable proof of source of funds.
